Pump House Upgrade Completed

May 5, 2025  We are pleased to announce the upgrade at the RDIC pump house has been successfully completed. The upgrades include:

• Service Disconnect  new service disconnect switch installed, eliminating reliance on the power company for panel maintenance shutdowns

• New Panels and Wiring  modern, high-capacity panels and wiring for enhanced reliability and safety

• Upgraded Starters and Components  improved performance and reduced maintenance

• New 200HP Pump Installation  replaced the old broken pump with a powerful new 200HP pump, significantly boosting capacity and reliability

• Rightline donated over $20,000 in time and materials to help fund the electrical system upgrades

• New roof donated by Matt Peterson to ensure the new electrical system will not be subject to water damage

• New internet and camera system donated by Rightline  Starlink satellite system plus multiple cameras for remote monitoring of water levels and pump operations

• Outlet pipes painted  Matt Peterson and Rightline donated time and materials

• Rebuilt intake grating to help eliminate damage from large materials  Matt Peterson and Rightline donated time and materials

• Slough cleanup  cleared around the pump house for better flow to the pumps
